As from 1 September, Stela Bošković and Dino Redžepagić are new members of CKB Management Board. Stela Bošković will manage Corporate and Legal Affairs Division and Dino Redžepagić Retail Business Division.
Stela Bošković graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Podgorica and defended her master's thesis in economics at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Belgrade. She started her career in Montenegrobanka and over the past twenty years she has held various managerial positions in the Central Bank of Montenegro, Podgorička banka, and CKB.
Between 2002 and 2008, she worked at the Central Bank of Montenegro where, inter alia, she covered the positions of Deputy Director for Banking Supervision and Director of Directorate for Development and Systemic Risk Supervision. She continued her professional career in Podgorička banka as Advisor to General Manager, and between 2014 and 2020 she held the position of Director of Corporate Secretariat Department. From February to June 2020, she held the positions of Executive Director for Bank Operations and Deputy Chief Executive Director of Podgorička banka. Since December 2020, she has been at the position of Director of Corporate Secretariat Department of CKB.
She actively participated in the implementation of some of the most significant projects of the national banking sector and as a member of working groups contributed to Montenegro's negotiations with the European Commission, the World Bank, and the International Monetary Fund.
Dino Redžepagić graduated from the Faculty for Economics in Subotica. He obtained a master's degree in management at the European School of Economics in Rome and successfully continued his training at the prestigious IEDC School of Management in Slovenia.
In his extensive professional career, almost two decades of experience in the areas of retail and corporate banking, development, payments, strategy and general management stand out. He started his career at the Central Bank of Montenegro and after that as the Head of Retail Banking at Euromarket Bank.
He joined NLB bank team in 2005 as the Head of Sales and Marketing Division, and in 2007 he became the Head of Retail Division. In 2011, he was appointed as the Executive Manager for Retail and Corporate Sales of NLB. Since 2017, he has held the position of Executive Manager for Marketing and Innovation also responsible for Sales, IT and Development.
In his work, he relies on the know-how of regional business communities and relevant legislation with a special emphasis on the development of modern financial services and business lines based on the principle of promoting client orientation and meeting client expectations.
Besides Tamás Kamarási, the Chairperson of the Management Board, and the newly appointed members Stela Bošković and Dino Redžepagić, members of CKB Management Board are Maja Krstić, Ivan Vučinić, Nikola Perišić and Viktor Vorobej.
