CKB Contact Centre 19894 is a free service through which you can get accurate and reliable information quickly and easily.
By calling our Contact Centre, clients can also receive support for using POS terminals, e-Banking, cards, ATMs, etc. In case of a card loss or theft, by calling the Contact Centre, the client's card will be automatically blocked in real time, once the client’s identity has been checked.
You can contact our operators every working day from 7:00 to 23:00 and on weekends from 9:00 to 21:00. The Contact Centre is available 24/7 for the service of blocking payment cards and CKB GO orders.
As part of the offer of Contact Centre, if you dial 19901, you will get access to automatic check service for current balance, latest inflow or last outflow from all transaction and FX accounts and all card accounts. To be allowed to get financial information of this kind, the client must identify himself with the last 12 digits from one of his bank cards, plus the last 3 digits of his transaction account, which will be transformed into a telecode, disclosed to the client only, when logging in for the first time.
