Tamás Kamarási the Elected President of the Montenegrin Foreign Investors’ Council

Tamás Kamarási, Chairperson of the Management Board of CKB, will be at the helm of the Montenegrin Foreign Investors’ Council, an association which gathers the leading foreign investors in the country, for the next year.

Mr. Kamarási was the elected president of the Montenegrin Foreign Investors’ Council at the annual Assembly by the unanimous votes of all present representatives.

In the opening speech, he pointed out: "Given that foreign direct investments are one of the drivers of economic development in Montenegro, we must take a prominent position in decision-making processes that have effect on our business and the country's economy. The Council of Foreign Investors will be the initiator of more intensive cooperation with important stakeholders in the society in order to reach positive legal and systemic solutions".

The Montenegrin Foreign Investors’ Council was founded in 2009 with the aim of improving the investment climate and enhancing the business environment in the country. The members of the Montenegrin Foreign Investors’ Council are some of the most renowned international companies from various industries whose operations, according to estimates, generate almost 30% of Montenegrin GDP.
