Sales advisors in three branches of CKB in Podgorica

As of recently, sales advisors have been present in CKB branches in Moskovska, Novaka Miloševa and Josipa Broza streets in Podgorica to welcome clients and provide them with the necessary information or assistance for faster performance of bank transactions and greater customer experience.

With the support of the sales advisor, clients can learn about the advantages and benefits of CKB's digital services on the spot, and get all the necessary information about specific products that best meet their needs without going to the counter.

Ana Rajković, sales advisor at CKB branch in Josipa Broza Street, is more than satisfied with the feedback from both clients and colleagues:

"Even though we continuously inform our clients about CKB products and services, most of them react very well and value when we practically show them on the spot that they can easily perform their transactions without visiting the bank. We are pleased that soon after that, they become active users and promoters of CKB's digital services in their environment. My colleagues and I are here to provide them with the necessary information about CKB's offer or assistance in choosing the product or service that benefits them most. I would like to point out that this significantly relieves the burden on colleagues at the counters and notably reduces the waiting time in branches. However, the most important is the end result  ̶   delivery of top-notch and personalized services to our clients."

This novelty in work of three selected branches was launched as a pilot project that CKB is implementing together with OTP Bank Croatia. Following the principle of sharing good business practices which is applied among OTP group members, representatives of OTP Bank Croatia visited CKB. On that occasion, they presented their experiences and results achieved by introducing the support of sales advisors in the bank's branches across that country. 

Clients' feedback and business results reaffirm the importance of introducing the support of sales advisors, and it can be expected that, after the completion of the pilot project, they will be present in all major branches of CKB throughout Montenegro.
