Chief Executive Officer
Pál Kovács, Msc in Economics, graduated from the Faculty of Finance, University of Economics in Budapest. He is also BoD member of CKB.
Mr. Kovács has a wealth experience in the banking sector. He began his career at the National Bank of Hungary in 1982. Later he joined the K&H Plc. Bank as Managing Director, and then as Deputy CEO and BoD member. He has been working within the OTP Group since 1999. From 1999 to 2000 in OTP he was Managing Director for Budapest Corporate Banking Region. From 2000 to 2006 he was Managing Director for the Central Loan Approval Directorate. In the period from 2006 to 2012 he was the Managing Director for the Commercial Banking Directorate, while from 2014 to 2016 he was Managing Director of Corporate and Project Financing Directorate. He was Chairman of the Supervisory Board in OTP Ukraine for 6 years. He was awarded by Hungarian Banking Association in recognition as Chairman of the Municipalities Working Group. Since 2017 he works as the Chief Executive Officer in CKB.
He is fluent in English and Russian and actively learns Montenegrin language.
Branislava Maja Vukčević
ED for Corporate Governance Division
Branislava Maja Vukčević was born in 1969 in Podgorica. She graduated in English Language and Literature at the University of Belgrade. She also attended Frances King School in London and numerous courses in project management.
She started her professional career in 1993 in Tanjug, when she was engaged in the Department of Economic Affairs. From 1994 to 2001, she worked at the Nigerian Embassy in Belgrade, and then continued her work at Forbes magazine, where she was an associate for Montenegro. From 2001 to 2005, she worked on economic, political and institutional reform projects within USAID Montenegro. Her next professional engagement was in T-Mobile Montenegro until 2007. Ms. Vukčević has been a member of CKB since 2007. She started her engagement in the Department of International Relations, and from 2010 to 2017 she performed the function of the Director of the Corporate Secretariat, PR and Communications. From 2017 to 2020, she was Director of the CEO Office and the HR Directorate. Since 2020, she has been the Executive Director for Corporate Governance Division.
She is fluent in English and Italian, and has a court interpreter license for English.
ED for Retail and Corporate Business Banking Division
Sandra Kordić was born in 1981 in Kotor. She graduated and obtained her master's degree from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Podgorica, Department of Electronics, Telecommunications and Computers. She is a doctorand at the University of Donja Gorica in International Economics.
She started her career as a professor of software programming and electronics in 2005, and a year later she started working at CKB as a system engineer in the IT department for e-banking, until 2009. From 2009 to 2012, she was the sales and business support manager. After that, she continued her career in Societe Generale Montenegro as the Director of the Projects and Organization Department. Successful completion of assigned projects qualified her to continue her professional engagement at the Societe Generale Bank head office in Paris from 2016 to 2019, where she worked as a Regional Manager for Transformation in Europe and Mission Director for 40 countries within the Centre for Operational Excellence. From April 2019, she continued her engagement in CKB as the Executive Director for Retail Banking. From July to December 2020, she successfully performed the function of Executive Director for Commercial Operations and Deputy CEO of Podgoricka banka, a member of the OTP Group, after which she was appointed Executive Director for Retail and Corporate Business Banking at CKB.
ED for Strategy and Finance Division
Maja Krstić was born in 1973 in Podgorica. She graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Podgorica and holds the professional title of licensed auditor. She acquired her postgraduate knowledge in domestic and international institutions.
Ms. Krstić started her career in the Ministry of Finance of Montenegro, to continue her work in auditing, first in the audit company Montrev, and later as a manager in one of the largest audit companies PricewaterhouseCoopers. She was engaged in auditing and financial consulting, specialized in subsidiaries listed on the American Stock Exchange. She joined the OTP group in 2008, as the chief internal auditor at CKB. She has been engaged several times as a financial advisor to the World Bank on projects aimed at improving accounting and auditing, and was a member of working groups for the development of subsidiary legislation in the field of capital markets. In July 2013, she was appointed Executive Director for Finance and Banking Operations at CKB, and from July to December 2020, she successfully performed the function of Chief Executive Officer of Podgoricka banka, a member of the OTP Group.
ED for Risk Management Division
Viktor Vorobej acquired a degree from the Pazmany Peter Catholic University, Faculty of Law, in Budapest, Hungary.
From 2004-2007 he worked in Law Offices and in 2007 he joined OTP Bank Budapest, at the beginning as Special Handling Manager and later as Special Handling Expert, taking part in bank acquisition due diligence and subsidiary integration processes. From 2010-2017 he covered the position of Director of Collection and Work out Directorate in OTP Bank Ukraine. Since 2017 he is at the position of Chief Risk Officer in CKB, Executive Director for Risk Management Division.
Viktor is fluent in Hungarian, Russian, English and Ukranian.
ED for IT and Operations Division
Ivan Vučinić was born in 1978. He graduated and obtained his master's degree from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Podgorica. He received advanced training through numerous courses and seminars in Germany, Serbia, the Netherlands and the UK.
Mr. Vučinić has been with CKB since 1997. From 2003 to 2006, he served as Deputy Director of the Product Distribution Department, after which he was appointed Director of the Card Processing Centre. From 2010 to 2011, he held the position of Director of IT and Card Operations at CKB. From 2015 to 2019, he was the Director of the Directorate for IT and Logistics. He is currently at the position of Executive Director for IT and Operations Division.
He is a member of several professional associations and co-author of numerous publications.
