Code of Ethics

Crnogorska Komercijalna Banka a.d. Podgorica (hereinafter: Bank) has been for years now a dominant participant on the banking and capital markets of Montenegro. The most crucial factor in both our past and future accomplishments is our good business relationship with the clients.

Our success would not be possible without the Bank biggest assets, the employees whose committed work, skills, creative approach and ethical acting represent the past, present and future token of our success.


With the aim of formulating clear and explicit guidelines and requirements for the Bank, its persons having legal relationship with the Bank and clients and those involved with the Bank (external partners), concerning ethical conduct and business operations, in order to protect the values of the Bank and the persons and organisation involved therewith, the Bank has adopted its Code of Ethics.

Conflict of Interest Policy

Crnogorska Komercijalna Banka a.d. Podgorica (hereinafter: Bank) is engaged in providing financial and investment services to its clients.

In order to avoid, detect and manage conflicts of interest that may be detrimental to the clients, the Bank has developed a regulation whose main principles and procedures are contained within Conflict of Interest Policy.

The Conflict of Interest Policy summarizes the circumstances that lead or may lead to a conflict of interest potentially causing adverse consequences for the client.
