Product description

SMS service offers all types of notifications about changes on client transaction and foreign accounts via SMS messages. The product is designed for all companies that are clients of Crnogorska Komercijalna Banka (resident and non-resident).

The following services are available related to transaction and foreign accounts:

  • Inflow messages – For any new inflow, the system user will receive information via SMS. It is possible to set a notification threshold. It means that the client will receive SMS messages only for inflows exceeding the set limit.
  • Outflow messages – For any new outflow, the system user will receive information via SMS. It is possible to set a notification threshold. It means that the client will receive SMS messages only for outflows exceeding the set limit.
  • Messages on statement of transaction account – Statement of account is sent at the end of working day, i.e. around 21 h in the evening or on the following day, as chosen by the client. The statement includes information on total outflow, total inflow and current balance on the account.
  • Messages on transaction account balance – Message on account balance is sent upon client’s request. This service is available to users of all three mobile networks.
  • ATM – For every cash withdrawal via ATMs, the client will receive SMS message with details on the transaction completed. Again, it is possible to set a threshold.
POS – For every transaction executed on POS terminals, the client will receive SMS information. A threshold may be set. Balance enquiry is made by sending an SMS message with the contents: ‘R’ on the number 1456 for all networks in Montenegro. Also, clients are able to check balance on credit cards by sending SMS message with the contents: ‘C’ on the number 1456 for all network in Montenegro.
