Product description

This card is primarily meant for companies the business of which requires significant fuel consumption. The card may be used by corporate entities that are CKB depositors. Otherwise, if you are not a depositor of Crnogorska Komercijalna Banka AD Podgorica, it will be issued only if Euro Petrol guarantees for you.


Euro Petrol Business is a revolving credit card. The approved limit will depend on the company performance and credit standing. Outstanding amounts are collected automatically from the company account actually, 40% of the used amount on monthly level. Minimum amount for payment is EUR 25.00. Due payment date is the 20thday in a month.


On the basis of contract with Euro Petrol, Crnogorska Komercijalna Banka and Euro Petrol will approve a bonus to credit beneficiary in the amount of 50% of regular interest if the monthly turnover is up to EUR 5,000. In case of a turnover exceeding EUR 5,000, bonus will equal the entire amount of regular interest.


Consumption reports are sent by mail to the company address.

Where to apply for the card?

One may apply for the card in Euro Petrol offices. The card may be used on the same date when you receive it.

Reporting a card loss or theft

In case you lost a card or it was stolen from you, please contact the Bank Call Centre. The card will be automatically blocked as of the moment you contacted the Bank. If you fail to report the loss or theft, you will be held responsible for the entire debt.

Complaints

If the card user believes that some costs do not belong to him/her or are incorrectly computed, he/she may address the Bank to complain about those by submitting bills and other documents that the Bank may require. Deadline for the submission of complaints is 72 h from the transaction date.


The Bank shall not be responsible for the quality and quantity of goods and/or services bought by the card. Complaints regarding the quality and quantity of goods and/or services should be resolved between the user and the sales point. Regardless of the complaint outcome, the user is obliged to settle the entire card debt.


If the Bank finds the complaint justified, it will credit the card account, and in case of unjustified complaint, the user will cover all the costs.
